PFL Packaging Operator
Required Qualifications :- Diploma degree (D3) in mechanical, industrial, chemical, food, or other relevant engineering field or manufacturing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing and hands-on chemical process
- Strong knowledge and aptitude to manufacturing, especially mechanical knowledge
- Capable of building collaborative working relationships
- Demonstrated high level of problem solving ability to make decisions independently
- Demonstrated excellence in priority setting and execution skills.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Medium proficiency with MS Office products
- Working in Shift Schedule is applied
- Operate PFL packaging section which receive PFL product (fiber, germ, gluten) from silo’s, pack PFL products into bag using automatic bagging machine which includes (bagging, sewing, check scale, metal detector, label printing, palletizer and wrapper) following standart for safety, food safety and quality.
- Perform verification of metal detector and weigher regularly according to Cargill’s food safety and quality standards
- Good coordination with corn wet mill production, utility and warehouse team including the colleague, shift leader, supervisor and also manager
- Maintain machine performance to assure production output according to production schedule, sales planning and budget volumes, within quality and food safety requirements.
- Support processes to optimize safety, food safety and quality.
- Promote Occupational Safety, Process Safety and Food Safety culture and create an accident free environment
- Produce packed PFL products (fiber, germ, gluten) according to Cargill’s food safety and quality standards in conformance with customer requirements.
- Responsible to manage hygiene in PFL packaging area to keep the plant housekeeping to high standard.
- Follow with fully responsibility the PFL packaging operation procedures.
- Follow with fully responsibility the verification procedures.
- Provide shiftly report to corn wet mill shift leader and responsible for improvement in his or her area
- Ensure accurate and reliable data processing in production administration.
