ASSISTANT MANAGER QUALITY CONTROL

The successful candidate will be coordinate system implementation in the QC department as well as monitoring and evaluate activities on the production, scheduled calibration, and compliance to FSSC 22000 standard.
This position will be based in Pasuruan (PIER Area), Jawa Timur, Indonesia and report directly to Head Of Quality Control Department.
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or Food Technology
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Quality Control with minimum 5 subordinate in Food Industry.
- Personality : Energetic, detailed, problem solver & proactive
- Familiar with FSSC 22000 and HACCP. with 7 QC Tools.
- Strong leadership and Excellent communication skills.
- Able to draw insight from vast data source.
- Willing to go on night shift if necessary. Willing to work at PIER Area, Pasuruan
- Supervise implementation of Quality Control System to achieve department objective.
- Supervise standard operating procedures implementation and work instruction to ensure product quality in production and trial.
- Supervise process validation and verification for all material & production process.
- Develop efficient and effective standard, for raw material, packaging material, work in process, and finished good with other team member from another department.
- Make sure all quality control personnel has sufficient skills & tools in daily work.
- Provide report and related documentation regarding Quality System.

- Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Excel, Inventory Control, Spare Part Machine Electrical & Machine
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent
- Organized and detailed oriented person.
- Fast learner and good adaptibility to fast change environment.
- Willing to work in Pier - Pasuruan - Jawa Timur
- Control quantity and quality of the materials or sparepart
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup with timely manner
- Perform inventory control and stock opname
- Control and monitoring purchase order
